Maria Connolly is a Belfast-based writer and performer. She has worked extensively in film, television, radio and theatre, winning a Best Actress nomination in the Irish Times/ESB Theatre Awards for her portrayal of Denise in Jackie Doyle's 'Problem Child' in 2001.
