Paul Lee is a Dublin-born actor and music promoter. 'The Poor Mouth', which he adapted from Flann O'Brien for stage, was performed by himself and various other actors in theatres across Ireland and the UK to critical acclaim, and won The Guardian Critics Choice Award two weeks running at the Edinburgh Festival in 1991. His adaptation was subsequently presented (in Irish) by the Abbey Theatre, the Project Theatre and was recorded and broadcast on RTÉ radio.
