Tracy Martin has been working in theatre since 1999, originally as a set designer, then as a stage manager and production manager for various Irish theatre companies. In 2012 she formed Red Bear Productions. She was shortlisted for the Stewart Parker Trust Major Bursary for Wrapped in 2015 and nominated for the Irish Times Theatre Award for Best New Play in 2019 for Dublin Will Show You How. She is also a regular performer and MC with The Pony Girls. She is currently a participant in Six in the Attic, an Irish Theatre Institute initiative.
