Ruth Lysaght

1976 -

Ruth Lysaght was born in Dublin and grew up in Athboy Co. Meath. She was awarded a BA (Mod) in French and English from Trinity College Dublin in 1999, and spent the following year working in a university in France.'Brú' is Lysaght's first long play. She has written some short plays and a number of radio plays.
