John O'Donovan

1921 - 1985

Born in Dublin, O'Donovan was author of five plays during the Queen’s Theatre period (1957-63), including 'The Half Millionaire', 'The Less We Are Together', 'The Shaws of Synge Street', and 'Change of Mind'. He was the founding member of the Society of Irish Playwrights.
