  A romantic comedy examining the rare and unpredictable phenomenon of love at first sight, in the unlikely setting of a lounge in downtown Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. When Herbie, an eternally optimistic travelling salesman walks into the Paradise Bar, his life changes utterly. Sitting at the counter is Maureen, a hardboiled survivor of life, whose husband ran off with a Canadian beauty queen. Herbie knows instantly that she is the one, but Maureen has had too many disappointments to fall too fast for his heartfelt patter.
