Lady Gregory
Interior of a hotel.
Two friends - editors from rival papers in a small town - meet in a local hotel. As they go to retrieve their coats from the cloakroom each accidentally dons the other's garment. They begin discussing obituary writing and it emerges that each has written an obituary for each other. A disagreement of sorts ensues, but order is restored and the play ends with with the two friends sitting down together to dinner.
