Ralph A. Meredith
An idealistic young man, Peter Dunlop, discovers through hard experience that instead of creating a brave new world, he himself is shaped by life into the old, standard mould. As he passes from schoolboy to elderly schoolmaster, Peter endures a series of conflicts which test his mettle and his soul.
